Who is Chase Boshnack?

I graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in business law, though what really defines how I work is something simpler: I care about the details and take pride in doing things right. Whether that means keeping everything organized and running smoothly or making sure the people around me feel taken care of, I believe that is what good support looks like, and it is what I strive to bring to the people we work with here at West Coast Family Mediation. Outside of work, you can usually find me spending quality time with my Australian labradoodle, Oso. The same care and attention I give to the things I love is what I bring to my work every day.

Why I Chose to Work in Mediation?

Growing up with a family member with disabilities taught me patience, empathy, and the value of truly listening to what someone needs. I learned early on that the best outcomes rarely come from pushing harder. They come from understanding. That lesson is exactly what drew me to mediation. Rather than turning a difficult moment into a fight, mediation helps people hear one another and find a path they can move forward on together. Being part of that process, and helping people feel supported as they navigate it, is what makes this work truly meaningful to me.

What Do I Want Clients to Know?

You are in good hands. Behind every mediation is a team working to make sure things run smoothly, so that you can focus on your family and your future. My goal is to help make your experience as clear and supported as possible, from the first point of contact through every step that follows. You will never be just a case file here. You are someone navigating an important moment, and I am here to help.
