Who is Ahsha Mootz?
I have lived experience within the foster system from a young age. I felt like no one was fighting for my rights. These experiences fueled my hunger to become involved in a legal career. Following my adoption, I vowed to try my hardest to make a difference in people's lives. After completing my Paralegal Degree at USD, I knew that legal matters involving families are where I wanted my career to lead me.
Why I Chose to Work In Mediation?
I consider myself an empath. Mediation allows me to utilize interpersonal skills. By working with families to help them remain grounded, you witness individuals build confidence in their choices as they move onto a new chapter in their lives.
What Do I Want Clients to Know?
There is always another way. Separation can be stressful, tough, and emotional. Clients can get through a separation in a way in which both parties feel they have been heard. With the proper support and the right mediation team, you will be confident as you navigate the next phase of your life.
