ADR as First Career-Amanda

Yesterday I had a wonderful interview with Alyson Carrel, Clinical Assistant Professor, Assistant Director, Center on Negotiation and Mediation at Northwestern University School of Law where we talked about ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) as a first career. As someone who began mediating while in law school and was able to jump right into a career in mediation it’s great to see that there are others out there who not only believe that is possible but are encouraging others to do the same.

Learn more about my path to choosing ADR as a first career and the challenges and joys that I encountered by watching my interview video.
